Earlier this year we had a very bad water leak in our 2nd floor kitchen/dining/living room while we were away. We did some quick research on the web and found TMG. We called TMG and they were there immediately and identified the issue to be a leaking faucet. The water had spread in the kitchen area, the downstairs laundry room and garage. It was a major issue. TMG performed their remediation process to dry out all the areas needed. We also used TMG to rebuild the upstairs kitchen/dining/living main room and downstairs laundry room and garage. They did a great job working with us and our insurance company every step of the way. The work they performed was top notch and everything came out excellent. All the workers that came out to our house were super nice, knowledgeable and talented hard workers. We are very happy with all the work they performed. We would highly recommend using TMG. Today, I had two superheroes come to my house, Matteo and Tyler. I had a bad mainline clog that took a specialized water pressure machine to blast through it and into the street line. I’ve never seen equipment like that before and was told many plumbers do not have it. Certainly not my landlord’s plumber. I would have been in a very bad way if they were not able to fix it, but those gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure all my drains were doing well before they left. In my opinion, TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions went above and beyond. You don’t see that kind of service today. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this company..Tyler Gonzalez came to do an estimate on my broken pipe, gave me estimate and started work the same day. Chad and his crew did an amazing job of excavation to find the water pipe. Justin and Adam the plumbers did an excellent job of installing the new pipe to the house. We hired TMG to fix our toilet with a chronic clogging problem. Paul and his trainee Adam were wonderful! They were friendly and personable, and they explained to be what they were doing every step of the way. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our toilet and were finished fixing it within an hour.

Did an awesome job. My water heater broke down. Danielle and his team did the water clean up from my basement and replaced my water heater same day. I am very happy and would highly recommend them. Thank you guys.👍

TMG - Thank you so much for coming out today and helping us with our plumbing issue! Everything went smoothly and according to the contract. The owner was upfront and honest with us about what needed repair when he came to check out our issue. He had the quote typed up and emailed to us the next morning. Had an emergency plumbing situation on President's Day... TMG fit us in their schedule within 2 hrs of the call and showed up on time. Tyler & PJ were awesome. Will definitely recommend this company.

TMG was a god send from the start. From coming out the day I found the issue to working with me and my family through the rebuild and insurance claim I couldn’t ask for a more professional and organized business. Tyler and his team of men (special shout out to Max) who dealt with weeks of rebuilding with screaming children and my big dog !!! Dealing with the insurance company was the hardest part of the whole ordeal and Danielle literally held my hand through the process. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else for any future plumbing issues !! I was overwhelmed and full of asbestos and couldn’t be more grateful for the services provided. After every day of work the space was cleaned and there was nothing left around for my children to find or break which took stress off my plate as children are children. Thank you TMG and team !!! Your sign will forever hold a place in my yard !!

Mateo came at 9:30 on a Sunday night! We had a lake in the basement! He did a through job tracing lines, comming up with a plan, and finding the broken pipe. He walked me through every step and explained to me through every step. Stayed until he was satisfied he made the correct and only repair. I won’t think twice about calling him again for any plumbing needs! I wish I could give him more stars

Called Friday morning for a plumbing leak. They responded by the afternoon patched it up on the spot and gave me a reasonable estimate for full repair. Very professional a friendly.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very reasonable. Thanks to Paul and Caleb for a thorough and pleasant experience fixing a hard-to-access bathtub drain leak in a home built on a slab with no basement. They found a way to remedy the problem working with little access to the point of the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

I can't praise Tyler and TMG enough. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, and TMG was the only company that was able to come through, and fix my problem the same day, within a few hours of me calling them for help.
The whole process was easy, and Danielle who took my call explained everything very clearly, and I knew what to expect from a service and cost point of view up front.
There was a lot of good communication provided by TMG. A clear set of paperwork was sent to me to approve the work.
Tyler sent multiple texts stating the time window when they would arrive, and when they were en-route.
The best part of the experience came when Tyler showed up with his helper and immediately got to work fixing my issue. They knew what they were doing, and were in and out quickly. They also made sure all the plumbing was working as expected before they left.
I would HIGHLY recommend TMG for your plumbing emergencies.
